Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred across borders. Where applicable, OpenAI describes safeguards for those transfers in its ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum.

Children’s privacy

The early-access list is not intended for children under 13, or anyone below a higher minimum age of digital consent that applies where they live. We do not knowingly collect signup information from children below that age. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted an email address can request its deletion at bestorangelover@gmail.com. If we learn that an underage child joined the list, we will remove the address.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access your signup information, request its rectification or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy of it (data portability), and withdraw consent.
